City Of Trees Marathon 2015 The City Of Trees Marathon has both a Half Marathon and a Full Marathon on Sunday October 11th, 2015. The Marathon starts at 8:00am and the Half Marathon starts at 9:00am. The race start and finish will be at Parkcenter Park, on Parkcenter Blvd. Boise Idaho 83706 All races are non-refundable, non-transferable. The City Of Trees Marathon Association Inc has the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason. You must have a bib number to participate, and there or are no exchanges or refunds available. The Packet Pick-up and Expo will be Saturday 10/10/2015 from 9am to 6pm at the Host Hotel. The Spring Hill Suites, 424 E. Parkcenter Blvd. Boise Idaho 83706. The City Of Trees Marathon events are USATF certified courses, and the marathon is a Boston Marathon Qualifier. Chips will be used to assure accurate timing, you must wear a chip to be timed in the events. The course is marked with white powder, and there are mile markers indicating the half and full miles. Spirit of the Magic Valley Half Marathon and 5k Walk/Run 2015 The Magic Valley will hold its annual Spirit of Magic Valley Half Marathon and 5k Fun Run and Walk. Participants can choose one of 4 events that include a half marathon run or walk or a 5k run or walk. The half-marathon racer’s course will utilize three popular trails through Rock Creek Canyon, the Canyon Rim and the CSI Fitness Trail. The 5k participants will utilize the Rock Creek Canyon trail. All proceeds benefit the Twin Falls Community Foundation Trail Enhancement fund. All races begin and end at the Depot Grill in Old Towne Twin Falls. Payette Lake Run 2015 Spend Labor Day in McCall and run one of the three beautiful courses. 30K, 8.6 mile, or 5K. The 30k, or 18.6 mile run starts and finishes at the boat docks, this takes you through the town of McCall and all the way around the lake for a complete loop. The 8.6 mile run is a half way around trip, buses take you to the start, and then you finish at the same place the other runs finish. The 5K run is a very scenic run next to the golf course until you get to the lake and the finish line. You may still register at the packet pick up Saturday if you failed to register on-line. 6th Annual Treasure Valley Children's Relief Run 5K Color Blast! Wear white and be prepared to be peppered with color! This is a great event for families, co-workers, friends, and churches to have fun while supporting a great cause in our community. Participants are welcome to walk, jog, or stroll with toddlers in the 5K. Select
Freezeout Challenge 2015 The Course starts and finishes at the Gem County Fairgrounds, in Emmett Idaho. It should be cold, it should be hard, but it should be great! Beat old man winter, or Mr. Feezeout by taking on the challenge of both the environment and the hill. The loop course is a 12K (over six and a half miles), and the short course (no Freezeout Hill) is just under four miles. Both courses are challenging and they are great training runs for other events later on in the year. While on the county roads in Emmett the course will “follow the Rules of the Road” running on the right with traffic, however the roads used aren't very populated nor busy, and Old Freezeout will be closed to the public. Les Bois 10K Trail Run 2015 The Les Bois 10k trail run starts in Fort Boise Park, travels North on the dirt road past the cemetery to the Trail head at the Shooting Range, up the hill to the top, and then back again. Select
Falls To Falls Run/Walk 2015 Walk or run 5.2 miles from the Idaho Power Park at Twin Falls Falls in the scenic Snake River Canyon to Dierke’s Lake, located just above Shoshone Falls. Or participate in a new event - Partner 10.5 mile relay or Solo 10.5 mile run. Buses will transport all 5.2 mile participants from Dierke’s Lake to Idaho Power Park at Twin Falls Falls 30 minutes prior to gun time. The last walker bus will leave at 8:00 am and the last runner bus will leave at 9:00 am. All participants are expected to be on time. The 10.5 mile solo and partner running event will begin at Dierke's Lake promptly at 8:30 am. The Kids run will be 1 mile and held at Dierke's Lake. Select
Snowy 45 fat Bike Relay Race Event McCall’s 3rd Annual Fat Bike Relay “Race” Event. ~45k of snowbiking relay fun at beatiful Jug Mountain Ranch. Event cost is $180 per team, so $45 per racer as each team is made of up 4 racers. This is the perfect event for fun-loving racer-types and non-racer types. The awards for Best Team Costumes / Pit Area are every bit as prestigious as the ones for the fastest teams! Entry includes a post-event, catered BBQ with beer for participants as well as a raffle. Fit For Life Half Marathon 2015 Home Plate Finish!!! Flat and fast 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon courses, starting and finishing at The Boise Hawks Memorial Stadium, utilizing the shade of Greenbelt.
