Description:  The Tour of Boise is a fun scavenger hunt for all ages and abilities. Starting and ending in Julia Davis Park, Shelter #1, individual participants or teams of 2-4 people will follow map clues and answer questions about Boise’s public art, architecture and historical landmarks. Run, walk, or stroll along an approximately 4 km course, discovering the gems that make Boise a treasure. After the Tour, enjoy healthy snacks and all participants will be entered into a fun raffle . Packet pick up will take place on Friday, September 27, 2013, from 3:00PM-6:00PM at Shu’s Idaho Running Company, 1758 W. State Street (Albertson’s MarketPlace) in Boise. Event sponsors include: Bogus Basin Nordic Team, Boise City Department of Arts and History, Shu’s Idaho Running Company. All proceeds benefit Bogus Basin Nordic Team, a non-profit nordic ski team serving youth ages 6-19 in the Treasure Valley.
