Description:  A beautiful scenic run that begins at Black Canyon Dam in Emmett and winds up a dirt road to nearly the top of Squaw Butte. On April 26, 2014 we will be holding our 9th Annual Dam Run. This 3.6 mile race takes about one hour for all competitors to complete. This run is a real lung taxer! It is mostly up hill with an approximate elevation change of 1400 feet. Water is provided at several stations during the race. This is a RAIN or SHINE event so dress appropriately. Brunch is served after everyone has completed the run/walk.
