Description:  Come out for the second annual Power for the People Halloween Fun Run benefitting the Boise Rescue Mission. Put on your best family-friendlyHalloween Costume and show it off on our 5K or 1 Mile course. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes. Kids and runners of all ability levels are welcome! Don't worry about running low on energy, trick-or-treats along the race course will give you enough energy to finish the race!
